Shipping Rates and Methods
All domestic orders in the United States will be carefully packaged, processed and shipped within 2 business days. We currently use only USPS as our mail carrier and will ship via Priority Mail or, upon request, Express Mail. Delivery confirmation is included with the shipping. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. The charge for overnight delivery by Express Mail starts at $13.65. The shipping rate is based on USPS rates and will be displayed in your cart upon checkout. All domestic orders totalling $75 or more will enjoy free Priority Mail shipping.

We also ship internationally. After an order is confirmed, we will manually calculate the shipping & handling cost and then bill you in the form of a Paypal invoice. After the invoice is paid, we will send you a confirmation that your order will be shipped.
We are confident that you will enjoy our products, and if for some reason you do not, then we will do everything we can to make your business experience with iShop4beauty as enjoyable as can be. If you are not satisfied with your product we will gladly accept the returned item, no questions asked, and issue a credit back to your charge account less the original shipping fee. Please contact us within 30 days of the order date.
We are required to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Nevada addresses.
Methods of Payment
We accept orders online, by mail, and by telephone.
For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We use Paypal for online payment processing and thus are confident that all transactions and customer information are secure. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may still order online with your credit card through Paypal and enjoy the same secure payment and information processing.
For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please allow 7-10 business days for first class mail to reach our office. You may also contact us by email with your order and contact information, but please do not provide your credit card information in the email, as a safety precaution and for your protection.
For orders over the telephone, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders from 7AM to 6PM Pacific Time. After these hours you may leave your order on our voice mail system for next day processing. For phone orders we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Freshness and Shelf Life
Our products are made to be used within approximately one year from the date of purchase. Our formulations have a safe preservative-based system to inhibit mold/bacteria growth, while retaining the purity and benefits of our natural and organic ingredients for your skin. If possible, please store the products away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. We are confident that you will enjoy our products very much, and that the one year time frame for use would be sufficient.
Since we do not have a brick-and-mortar shop, we would like to offer our first-time customers a sampling of some of our products, free of charge. For a limited time, shipping for this is free. At other times, a shipping & handling fee of $4.95 will be charged and we will use USPS Priority Mail. We will do our best to accommodate a request for specific items.
